~ Enjoy plenty of warm afternoon sunshine in each guestroom. Each guestroom provides wonderful oppurtunities to view daybreak & sunset over the Harbor.

 ~ A video library is available on the third floor for guest use. A small refrigerator, located in the dining room, provides complimentary cold sodas and is available for guest use.

~ Clark Point Inn has a well maintained hard wired fire alarm/sprinkler system and emergency lighting for the safety of all guests.

                            On  season is May 1 - Oct 31. Off season is Nov 1 - April 30.

 Our Policies:

• Method of payment: We prefer cash, personal checks or traveler's checks.We also honor Mastercard & Visa.
• If deposit is paid with personal check, we ask that a credit card number be supplied so payment may be made by personal check for the balance that is due.
• Amount of Deposit: Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of payment equal to one night's reservation or 50% of total reservation, whichever is greater.
• We are required to collect a 7% tax on all reservations per Maine State Lodging Tax.
• If paying deposit by check, it must be received within 7 days for reservation to be acknowledged.
• We appreciate full payment upon arrival.
• We welcome your arrival between the hours of  4 pm - 6 pm.
• Arrangements can be made to accommodate a late arrival. Please notify us if you will be arriving later.
• Checkout is anytime prior to11:00 am. If you need an earlier check out, please let us know so we may accommodate you.
• Guest room rates include full homemade gourmet breakfast & are based on double occupancy.

• An additional charge of $30.00 plus tax will be added per additional person per room per day.
• Our feline companion, Molly, enjoys having all of the attention for herself, therefore we are unable to accommodate other pets. Molly is confined to owners quarters & is not allowed in guestrooms or common areas of the Inn.
• Clark Point Inn maintains a NO SMOKING policy at the Inn,on the porch & grounds for the courtesy of all patrons & employees.
• Noncompliance of No Smoking Policy will result in a $50.00 (minimum) cleaning fee for guestroom.
• Our Inn is hard wired with a fire alarm/sprinkler system and is equipped with emergency lighting.
• Policies & rates are subject to change without notice.
• Our parking lot is able to accommodate 5 vehicles, one vehicle per guest room. Please park in such a manner so we are able to accommodate everyone.
  

Cancellation Policies:

• All Cancellations are subject to a $35.00 fee per room reserved per day.
• Deposits are non refundable if a cancellation is made14 days or less before scheduled arrival date for a reservation of 2 or more days.
• Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received more than 14 days out from scheduled arrival date (less the $30.00 fee per room reserved per day) & if entire reservation is able to be rebooked in its entirety. (Reservation must be fully rebooked not just partially rebooked.)
• Reservations of one night are non refundable.
• Gift certificates will be honored 1 year from date of issue. For reservations made using a gift certificate, the certificate will become void if reservation is cancelled.
• Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures.
• Previously issued gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non transferable & no change or refunds will be given.
