Driving Directions
- Starting at Ellsworth, Maine, take Route 3 toward Bar Harbor.
- Cross the causeway (bridge) continue on by Thompson Island to Mount Desert Island. Stay to the right onto Route 102.
- Follow the signs to Southwest Harbor, minding the speed limit.
- When you reach the center of the village, take a left at the flashing light, onto Clark Point Road.
- Clark Point Inn is on the left about 1/4 of a mile — across from the upper town dock.
