  Clark Point Inn B & B sits nestled alongside a working harbor in Southwest Harbor, which provides our guests with wonderful water views to wake up to. Southwest Harbor is unofficially known as "The Quietside" of Mount Desert Island.  

  Clark Point Inn B&B is open year round. We are located on Mount Desert Island, Maine. Our nearness to Bar Harbor, Maine and Acadia National Park affords the utmost in convenience. Acadia National Park is the only national park in New England, consisting of well known attributes such as Cadillac Mountain, Sand Beach, Thunder Hole and views of Somes Sound.

 The free L. L. Bean Island Explorer is a great way to experience the offerings of Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park. Our Inn is conveniently located right across the street from one of the stops!

 Mount Desert Island, Southwest Harbor in particular, is home to many custom boat builders such as Hinckley Yacht Company, Wilbur Yachts & Ellis Boat Company.
